Fly Fisherman magazine

For the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work with the finest magazine in fly fishing. My casting articles and illustrations appear frequently in both the regular and special editions. In I had the opportunity to co-write a “Point-Counterpoint” article on grip style with the great Lefty Kreh.

Nucanoe

When NuCanoe launched their popular Frontier series, I was fortunate to get on board by making sports show appearances, making videos, and even appearing in a few ads. 

Reilly Rods

Working with Reilly Rods, I co-designed a 5-6wt. rod called the “Lily Pad,” designed for all warm-water species. Public appearances, promotions, and video demonstrations have made the Lily Pad one of Reilly’s top sellers.

Strip Strike University

Co-founded with Drew Chicone, Strip Strike University teamed with Abaco Lodge offering three-day bonefish schools focusing on fly casting, fly tying, and angling skills, in a magnificent Bahamian location. 

Stackpole Books

Teaming up with Stackpole Books gave me the chance to write and illustrate two knot books. Essential Knots & Rigs for Trout, and Essential Knots & Rigs for Salt Water are the product of a life-long fascination with fly fishing knots of all sorts.

Bass Pro shops

Developing the Fort Myers fly casting program, tank presentations, and even appearing in national television commercials, I’m proud to have been a part of the Bass Pro Shops effort to increase fly-fishing popularity.
